No Personal Data is available or used in this process.

Registration

Registration occurs as an option to create an account when you are going through the checkout process. MED-X.ai is the sole owner of the information collected on med-x.ai. MED-X.ai collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on the site.

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, phone, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Users who choose to register for a shopping account while going through the checkout process will have the ability to opt out of MED-X.ai’s email newsletters and/or promotions.

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our website which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
